What to expect with a professional measurement

Schedule 

Scheduling is as easy as 1-2-3. 1)  Schedule an appointment through Lowe's or CLICK HERE.

2) We will contact you to schedule your appointment.

3) A Measure Tech will contact you the day of to confirm your in-home measurement.

Measurement Day

Before the Measure Tech arrives they’ll confirm your  appointment and arrival time by phone based on the time frame you selected. Please read the"In-Home Measurement" section below.

Quote

After the measurement has been taken and products have been selected, you'll receive your inclusive quote. To speed up the process, please include your product selection in the Additional Information section.

Pre-Install

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please put away any pets. It will help the installer take measurement efficiently and accurately

A responsible party over 16 must be available and present during the entire appointment.

Have any project questions ready for the installer to note or answer for you at the time of measure. Note that the installer will not have samples or an in-home presentation, but rather they'll just be completing the measure.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Non-movable items: The independent contractor will not move certian items such as antiques, electronics, pianos, pool tables, waterbeds, adjustable beds, aquariums, safes, pinball machines, exercise equipment, etc.

Specialty items: If additional charges apply for moving furniture, the independent contractor will advise you and the additional charges will be included in the quote from Lowes.

Prioritizing Safety Before and During Your Job​

  • Pre-call to confirm installation and review safety steps

  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE appropriate to work area interior, exterior)

  • Practice social distancing

  • Sanitize work area and tools on each job
